Fantastic experience. Esteban was a great guide to both the history and the now of Santiago. We were part of a group of 12 people, many having never met before in person, this tour was a great way to break the ice and was crucial for us enjoying the work week we had ahead of us. Personally as this was my first trip to Santiago the tour really helped me get a feel for the city and the views were amazing! Every step was well thought through, accessible for all and great fun. I would 100% recommend booking this tour for any groups you have in town.
We were unable to go up the funicular and cable car due to a fire on the hill, but we never received any type of refund even after requested.
"While it is true that an unexpected hill fire forced us to cut the tour short for your safety, our records show that your refund request was approved and processed immediately. We prioritize guest safety above all else during such force majeure events. We are sorry this emergency impacted your experience, but we believe a 1-star rating misrepresents our prompt financial resolution."
Super explaining and dynamic tour. With the guide Sebastian. I recommend the walk. Great experience.
