This guided tour exceeded my expectations. The guide was amazing and the info of the area, plus the normal conversations were wonderful.
We were able to get a great introduction to Santiago, its history and culture. Our guide spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable. Having the driver was essential for my limited mobility.
Melissa was my guide and she was amazing! She provided sime great information about the city and sights. Her English is beyond good! The driving part is only to get to point A to point B. Great walking, over 10K steps, through beautiful green spaces as well as more gritty streets.
We had a wonderful tour with Berson. This tour provides a driver and a guide. Our driver brought us safely through the city, and Berson brought us to locations we would have never have found on our own such as the home of Rudulfo Anaya. Berson was funny and incredibly knowledgable. It was a wonderful day- and the perfect amount of time for our last day in Chile.
Andres was our guide and Luis our driver.Outstanding tour, excellent service from start to finish. We saw all of the highlights of Santiago with fascinating insights into the key areas and history of the city. We went at our pace and thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Fabulous tour of Santiago. Great guide who gave us plenty of detail and interesting facts about the city and its history that we would never have known without this tour. Really good experience all round thank you.
The guide, Leon, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped me walk on uneven surfaces and stairs. The pace of the tour was perfect. I saw everything I wanted to see. The driver and vehicle were great too. I highly recommend this private tour. Worth every penny.
Thank you very much for sharing this — it really means a lot to us. I’m especially glad to hear the pace of the experience felt comfortable and well adapted to what you wanted to see. On our Private Santiago City Tour, we always try to adjust the rhythm of the visit so guests can enjoy the highlights of Santiago without feeling rushed, especially when there are stairs or uneven streets involved in some historic areas. Leon will be very happy to know his support and attention made a difference during the day, and I’ll also pass along your kind words to the driver. That teamwork behind the scenes is an important part of making a Half Day City Tour of Santiago feel smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are very glad you chose to explore Santiago with us.
Melissa was great. She provided tons of information about the history of the city and the country. She showed us where to hae lunch and how to get around the place.
Thank you for sharing this — I’m very glad you enjoyed your time with Melissa. Having a guide who can connect the history of the city with practical tips for getting around and choosing where to eat often makes a big difference, especially during a Half Day City Tour of Santiago when visitors are just getting oriented. It’s great to know the experience helped you feel more confident exploring Santiago on your own afterward. We really appreciate you choosing to discover the city with us.
