The guide never showed up and I called Viator support and they were unable to contact the provider. Fairly disappointed.

Operator response

Dear Paul, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I want to sincerely apologize again for the initial miscommunication and the frustration it caused on the afternoon of your scheduled tour. We were experiencing technical difficulties connecting with international calls at that time, and the delay in communication was entirely our fault. As soon as I received your emails, I immediately issued a full refund and reached out directly to make things right. I am incredibly glad we were able to connect, successfully reschedule your tour for the very next day, and turn the situation around! It was truly a pleasure getting to host you, sharing my favorite local dinner spots, and treating you to a Pisco to make up for the rocky start. We are thrilled that you ended up having a great time with us in the end, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. kindly, Auqui Adventure Team
