Pickup Locations & Times
We provide roundtrip transportation (hotel pick-up & drop-off) for select major hotels in the San Juan metro area. Guests opting for transportation must provide their hotel information (name & address) at least 48 hours prior to the activity. Failure to do so will result in meeting at the designated location. If a guest’s hotel is not listed or is staying at an Airbnb, we will arrange pick-up to the nearest hotel from our list. Guests will receive their hotel pick-up time on the day of the activity via text message (between 11 am and 1 pm). Guests missing their transportation must meet at the tour's location. Pick-up times typically range from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, subject to traffic and weather conditions. Pick-up locations may be subject to change for logistical reasons.

- This activity operates in all weather conditions except in cases of extreme weather events or public warnings, in which guests may opt for a refund or reschedule for the next available day.
- We reserve the right to modify the meeting time at the marina and/or the departure time. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour before departure at the marina due to unfavorable weather conditions.
- We reserve the right to change the pick-up location and schedule due to logistical reasons such as traffic, road closures, narrow streets, parking restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Participants must adhere to a casual dress code for outdoor activities, which prohibits bathing suits, cover-ups, or see-through/translucent clothing.
- Individuals heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to the tour will be denied participation and may be charged.
- Smoking any type of cigars, cigarettes, medicinal cannabis, or nicotine vapes is prohibited on the RST Bus, at the San Juan Bay Marina, or while on the Sunset Boat. Guests found engaging in these practices will be denied participation for safety reasons and will still be charged.
- Children under 2 years old must remain in their parent's lap. Children aged 2 to 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Once the boat crew begins preparations to depart from the dock, boarding will not be permitted, and guests will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for late cancellations, no-shows, tardiness, or failure to comply with requirements.
- We do not accept amendments less than 24 hours before the activity
- Updated depart time will now be at 6:10PM (edited 07/07/26)
- The boat is a pontoon boat and does not have a restroom onboard. There are restrooms available at the marina.

Rafael and the rest of the crew were excellent. My husband and I were celebrating our 17th anniversary along with 6 friends. We had a great time!!
Raphael and Tony were the best! Very friendly and informative. The boat crew was awesome too! They made us feel welcomed and were very accommodating! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
The cruise and narrator were fantastic! However, there were some coordination issues, and additional signage at the location could help guests find their way. It might also be helpful if someone arrived early to assist guests in lining up correctly.

I thought the sail was really nine the tour guides made it fun and there was complimentary pouches of sangria and refreshments along with a snack.
Very informational and fun experience especially seeing an amazing sunset. Great to learn about the history of the Taino people and Puerto Rico. Rafael was a great tour guide and highly recommend doing this tour
Although this is a sunset cruise on a “Cat”, it is not a catamaran, it is a tourist boat. At first I was disappointed but the guide made it so informative and fun that we had a blast. It’s not romantic but if you’re willing to be social, enjoy the generous drinks, and shake your booty a bit, you’ll have fun!

Super fun and very worthwhile!! The hotel pick up was very helpful and the driver was friendly and pointed out things as we got to the boat. The boat ride was really fun- the guide was knowledgeable and he and the other operators made sure everyone had fun. It was a beautiful sunset, beautiful place to be, fun people, and even a little dancing.
It was a great way to learn about San Juan, and celebrate its history. The sunset was beautiful and the sites were astounding. The tour guide, Rafael, was knowledgeable and full of energy. He made the boat ride one to remember. Would highly recommend anyone to go on the boat ride into the sunset. Major kudos to Rafael and the rest of the crew. All were polite and provided a fun experience. He acknowledged all birthdays and my parent’s 44th anniversary with all the crew and passengers singing ‘Happy Birthday’ and ‘Happy Anniversary’.
