San Francisco in One Day

Description
I’m excited to show you why this walking tour is unlike any other in San Francisco! We’ll trace the city’s history from its wild Gold Rush days in Jackson Square to the wealth and elegance of Nob Hill’s railroad barons, and we'll ride an iconic cable car along the way. We'll go beyond the normal touristy sites and see the back streets and hidden alleyways that even San Franciscans don't know about! This is a fun, immersive adventure with plenty of interesting stories, local insights, and a chance to see the real San Francisco. When we finish the tour at the Ferry Building, you’ll have seen all the best the city has to offer and you'll feel like a local.

Fantastic experience and super great guides. Highly recommend folks to take this tour to have a fun and relaxing experience!
My family came into town to visit and I had to bring them onto the tour for the city. Great experience in CT.
This is a great way to see the different areas and neighborhoods if you are short on time, and you get to hop on a trolley! It was also a really good way to learn the history of the city. Britt was very friendly and he knows the history. Unfortunately due to the earthquake and fires in the early 1900’s most of the original city is gone. Britt had nice illustrations to bring it to life for us.
Our guide was warm, charismatic, knowledgeable, and friendly. They gave us such a wealth of information about the city in a fun, engaging, and easy-to-digest way. I'm really glad we booked this. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Whether a first-time visitor or an experienced San Francisco resident, you will learn a lot!

Britt was so friendly and knowledgeable. This was a thorough introduction to the city and it really helped us to appreciate the layout and history/heritage of the city. It included a tram ride which was fun. It was a full four hours of walking & sightseeing.
Britt was fantastic, engaging, energetic and very well informed of the history of San Francisco with unique, anecdotal, amazing and funny stories about key people and places that marked the founding and development of the city. It is a well worth tour for understanding the places and stories marking San Francisco from its early days to what it is today. Britt can delve deep and answer any questions you may have on sites, neighborhoods, the history behind them, and how they have changed. I highly recommend this tour.
Very informative. We enjoyed hearing about the history of San Francisco! It was a 4.5 hour long walking tour.
Britt was very informative and fun as well. He was very attentive to all ages 68-5. He gave us a history lesson that was very interesting and took us to places that we would have never gone to on our own.
This is a walking tour thru diff parts of San Francisco where ur tour guide shares the history of SF and little known facts and interesting stories about each location. Because u have a human guide u r also able to ask questions for a more immersive experience. For me…i was extremely impressed and appreciative that my tour was not cancelled since there were only 2 of us…. We were able to ask many questions that might have gotten overlooked in a larger crowd setting. We were also able to really connect on a more personal level with our tour guide Britt…. who knew so much about the city’s history. He even gave us different suggestions for things to do and places to go after our tour had ended. We learned so much about the city’s historic beginnings and its commitment to ensuring the future through conscious eco-friendly investments throughout the city. I would absolutely recommend this tour …. especially if with Britt… an extremely knowledgeable and super friendly tour guide.
