They changed the timings and didn’t notify us ..we couldn’t make it on the new timings and they didn’t want to refund us. Not only they changed the timings but also they changed the pickup location. We couldn’t make it.
Dear Nabil Hamzeh, 214-228-8879, this tour consists of two parts. First part is a one-hour Bay Cruise and the second part is a 4- hours city tour run by our company. The description of the tour clearly explains that we reserve the right to switch parts, if we do the city tour first, we pick you up from your hotel and drop at the Wharf, if you do the cruise first, we pick you up from the wharf and bring back to your hotel. So I purchased you the cruise ticket for 11 am and texted you comprehensive instructions and a map where to find our van after the cruise at 1.45. Then I received a phone call from whoever purchased this tour for you since your English was not enough. This guy was threatening me and requested a refund. I refused the refund since we have a strict 24-hours refund policy and I repeat because he was threatening me. We never changed any time or location and we never lied to you or your agent. Instead, we purchased cruise tickets for you from the cruise company, and you refused to go because you believed it was 4-hours ocean cruise instead of 1 hour bay cruise plus city tour.
Our tour guide Buddy was really knowledgeable about the city and it's history. He was also considerate of his passengers not being accustomed to transverse the steep walking and always provided us a drop off that allowed us to walk down hill, where he was waiting. It also helped that his mini tour bus was red. He made a point to remember and refer to each of his passengers by name and the city and state or country of their home.
That was a lovely experience! Our guide, Ulrich, was excellent - friendly, informative, engaging and accommodating. We've seen and experienced quite a lot in one day. The car (and the drive) was comfortable. We got a proper taste, a feel for the city and its neighbourhoods. We can wholeheartedly recommend this tour.
