Excellent punctuality of guide and driver Roberto, excellent driving. Everything was super good, I highly recommend it
It was a great tour, we used it as a good way to get to Palenque to catch the overnight bus whilst seeing things along the way. We knew we were in for a long bumpy ride as we had already been through the mountains of Mexico on other trips. The driver was great, prompt pick up and professionalism. We didn't swim but definitely had enough time to. It's still cool in the mornings so I suppose people travelling back to San Cristobal at the end would have preferred drive all the way to Palenque then stop at the waterfalls on the way back when it is warmer in the day but it is a long day and I don't think it's really possible. I sent the tour company a text once I paid and had their details to check it was ok if they dropped us off in Palenque at the end and they were more than happy to accommodate.
