We pick you up from the location of your choice within Agra city limits. The tour will take approximately four hours plus; hence an early morning start is recommended. Begin your discovery of the historic city of Agra with a visit to the impressive red sandstone Agra Fort built by Akbar - the most illustrious ruler of the Mughal dynasty - in 1565 A.D. It was subsequently embellished with beautiful palaces, mosques, and gardens by his successors. Replete with priceless examples of craftsmanship from the Mughal era, these include the exquisite Moti Masjid or Pearl Mosque, the Diwan-i-Khas, the Diwan-i-Am, Jahangir Mahal and Shish Mahal. After leaving Agra Fort guests can stop for lunch at our recommended restaurants or any location of their choice. In the afternoon visit the magnificent Taj Mahal, a pristine white marble mausoleum built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife – Mumtaz Mahal. One of the Seven Wonders of the World, it took 20,000 craftsmen to build the Taj.

Upon your arrival, our escort will guide you to your first stop, the Taj Mahal. This wonder was built by Shah Jahan for his wife, Mumtaz Mahal in 1653 AD. It took 22 years and 22,000 craftsmen to build the Taj. The white marble is inlaid with semi-precious stones in beautiful patterns in a process called pietra dura. A minaret at each corner of the Taj gives it a perfectly symmetrical look. The Taj houses in its basement the cenotaphs of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal.
Enjoy a visit to the massive red sandstone Agra Fort which was built by the famous Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565 AD, primarily as a military structure. During Shah Jahan’s reign, it was converted into a palace. It finally became a prison for Shah Jahan after his son came to power in 1658. The fort has numerous courtyards, private chambers, and a marble mosque. From the Agra Fort, you will be driven back to your choice of drop-off point.

Arif was exceptional, patient, and understanding. We went to visit the taj Mahal at sunrise except that because of the fog and rain we did not see it well. Arif agreed to come back with us in the afternoon completely free of charge and stayed with us for as long as it takes for us to be fully satisfied!! I recommend him fully, as well as the travel agency he works for!!

100% recommended! We were picked up in Delhi and our driver Keshav was as good as any driver can possibly be. He is an excellent, careful driver who navigates with great calm through the crazy Indian traffic. He stayed with us throughout our stay in Agra and Jaipur and thanks to him we got everywhere without hassle or stress. The overall trip was organised by Devender and his team, and we could, as always, 100% rely on them. We have stayed at his Hotel DA BUNGALOW in Agra several times and this too is always a wonderful experience. The Itinerary was simple and straightforward, everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. The driver was skilled and knowledgable.
The guided tour of 4 monuments (Itmad-ud-Daula, Mehtab Bagh Garden, Fort & Taj Mahal) and Agra hand-crafted artisanat by tuk tuk with the driver Mr. Dhanpal (not only that bug helped to register for a local SIM) and our living joking library Mr. Suraj Mani Sharma the VIP guide was unique! We had a Sunday tour and a Monday early bird visit of Taj Mahal with insights that were plenty, but not too much for memorizing the most important historical points as well as we got some hindi lessons. The best with our sms guide was that he always encouraged us to ask all questions and took his time for letting me take photographies and he had a lot of interesting methods to do videos and special pics for amazing memories. He made us also discover local drinks for better digesting the spiced delicacies & provided medical aid. We can highly recommend both men for your discovery tour of Agra.
D P Singh - what an excellent, kind and thoughtful driver! He collected us from Agra train station and was our driver for 4 days eventually dropping us at Jaipur station. He was very well presented, would keep an immaculately clean car inside and out, and would always have ice cold water at our disposal. He made our trip - informing and explaining many things in the cities and on the long drives, he massively increased our understanding of Indian culture, he would also regularly make us chuckle with his many amusing stories!
