This tour should not advertise Notre Dame as being included. Our guide walked us there (we easily could have found it) and spent all of two minutes on background before saying the tour was over. What?!
This tour, as clearly indicated by its name, is a guided visit of Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Entry to Notre-Dame Cathedral is not included and is never advertised as part of the tour. This information is clearly stated in the tour description, confirmations, and reminder emails. The tour itself is a 2-hour experience focused on these two historic sites. Nevertheless, your guide took the group to Notre-Dame afterward, provide background information, and explain how to access the cathedral independently. Reading the tour details before purchase is a better practice than complaining about it after.
I love this tour experience! I have on past visit been to Sainte Chapelle, but wanted to return for more time inside. It was easy to meet up with our guide. Enjoyed having listening equipment which made hearing her details/stories simple. Very enjoyable time inside both Sainte Chapelle and Conciergerie and well paced without rushing. **Be aware that there are many stairs to navigate through out this tour.** I hadn't anticipated that and it was challenging for my mother with some vision difficulties.

Not as large or as famous as most cathedrals but the stained glass on the Sainte-Chapelle is outstanding. Our guide did an excellent job of describing the rich history of the site
This was a great tour the guide presented the history of the buildings in an interesting and fun way. He made sure we knew how to get into Notre Dame and provided information about what we would see.
We were late by 10 mins and couldn’t find our guide . We gained access to St Chapelle with our receipt thanks to the kind generosity of the staff at St Chapelle. No one attempted to call or email us that we could find . It was a lot of money to pay and not have the tour , unfortunately 😔

However, our meeting time and late-arrival policy are communicated repeatedly before the tour: on the product page, during booking, in the confirmation email, on the voucher, and in the reminder messages. We ask all guests to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. According to our records, you arrived 10 minutes after the tour had already departed. For timed-entry attractions and guided group experiences, we cannot delay the departure without negatively affecting the experience of all other guests. While we understand your disappointment, the inability to participate was the result of arriving late despite the advance notice provided. For this reason, we do not believe a 1-star review accurately reflects the quality of the tour itself, as you were unfortunately unable to experience it. We encourage future travelers to allow extra time and arrive early, especially in busy destinations where navigation and transportation delays are common.
Informative! I enjoyed the tour of the Sainte Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Visually, the church is beyond stunning, but I never would have gotten as much out of the experience without our guide.
Our guide, I apologize I do not remember her name, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! We had a lovely visit to Saint Chapelle , conciergerie and exterior of Notre Dame. She was very helpful in seeing the important things we would have otherwise missed if we had gone on our own. In addition, she tied it all together with a great history lesson! Merci!
Pretty dry presentation. Wish we had purchased the iPad tour instead, as this tour was expensive.
