Saigon Street Photography Experience
Description
This experience was created together with a renowned photographer Frederik Wissink and is hosted either by him or Kevin Lee. Originally from Canada, Fred has been calling Vietnam his home for the last 17 years. Fred has been doing commercial work for hotels including Accor, Hyatt, and Four Seasons, and corporations like Google and Samsung. He did assignments for The New York Times, The Guardian, USA Today, and Discovery Channel. His works were published on the covers of Conde Nast Traveller and Car & Driver magazines. Fred spent several years as an instructor of Hoi An Photo Tour and occasionally co-hosts multi-day tours around Vietnam. With over a decade of experience, Kevin specializes in photography for commercial clients and takes on the producer’s role. Kevin loves capturing breathtaking landscapes and candid moments, drawing from years of experience in both photography and executive production. Previously, Kevin hosted street photography meetups and walks in Singapore.

This was a great Street Photography Experience / Walking Tour around Ho Chi Minh City. Trung was friendly, experienced and a very knowledgeable photographer. He provided plenty of helpful hints and tips. He also helped me get my broken camera repaired. I highly recommend Trung for this tour and will definitely use him again.
Leisurely wander in and out of buildings, hallways and alleys in search of interesting light and shadow, lines and colors, interesting people and, of course, cats.
Very interesting, we really had fun, took great pictures and learned many interesting fact about Ho Chi Minh! Walking through places full of Justin’s interesting activities

Kevin took us to some out of the way locations that reflected local life and interesting subjects to photograph
Went with Trung and had such an amazing time! We walked around for a few hours and got some tips and tricks about framing, approaching people on the streets etc but most of all it was outside the places where most tourists are so it felt like the true Saigon. If you have the time I would absolutely recommend this tour!

We had a delightful few hours in Trung's company and under his guidance. A tour filled with great locations and helpful advice. We were a small group including novices on phones and experienced SLR users. He pitched guidance to each individual well and everyone enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended and thank you, Trung!
All I can say is ... FANTASTIC. Our guide, Trung was a very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable person. The advice he offered was very helpful and gave me tips on how to take a better photo. I would highly recommend Trung for a photography tour. I will definately use him again when I am next in Vietnam.
This was my first time booking a street photography tour as I normally just venture out on my own and get lost but Trung (Host) was very knowledgeable of not just the city but the history, the culture and the ins and outs of capturing beautifully curated images. This enhanced the experience that much more as it felt more genuine and less of a gimmick. His work is outstanding! He’ll guide you through the main streets, the side alleys, the hidden gems and the look out points you’ve overlook on your own. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour for anyone even if it’s just with a mobile phone it’s worth capturing!
