Traveler pickup is offered- The driver will pick you up at the hotel/Apartment. Please, inform in advance in which hotel/apartment you will stay in. You can do it directly on your reservation or you can inform us by phone or by mail, indicating your booking reference. •For travelers staying in the Gothic Quarter (Old Town Area), please note that we may be unable to pick you up directly from certain hotels due to narrow streets or construction zones. If our driver cannot access the street where your hotel is located, we will arrange a nearby meeting point for your convenience. •The hotels or apartments have to be located in the city of Barcelona. •If the hotel or apartment is located outside of Barcelona city, we will send to you a meeting point. •If you are arriving on a cruise, you will be picked up 30 minutes earlier since the port is quite far from the monuments. We will provide you with a designated meeting point at the port. •We do not offer pickups from the airport. We will provide you with a convenient meeting point in the city.

Very knowledgeable and personable. You could tell he was very passionate about his work and really loved talking about the basillica. English was excellent.
We loved seeing the work of Gaudi and Sagrada Família. We were disappointed in the guide since the bulk of the tour was a quiz session. I am on a tour since I want to learn and I am curious but getting scolded and made fun of is not desirable. we were engaged the entire time and I regretted being on this tour. It was great benefit to skip the line since wait time was very long.
This review is completely inaccurate and does not describe any tour I have ever conducted. There has never been any kind of “quiz” during my tours, nor have I ever mocked or ridiculed a guest. Such behavior would be absolutely unacceptable and goes against my professional standards as an official licensed guide. For this reason, I strongly believe this review has been posted in error, is referring to another company, or is simply not based on a real experience with us. My tours are known for being respectful, detailed, professional, and enjoyable for all participants.
Travelling from overseas we were unsure about this tour. The reviews looked good, but anyone can write reviews and how does one know? We found out once we arrived. Jorge was magnificent! The pickup at the hotel was perfect, the driver wonderful, and we began our tour at the Park. We joined a mother and daughter (now 6 of us) and were guided excellently through the park. Jorge showed us the real highlights and expertly guided us through the crowds. Encouraging picture taking, he even took pictures of us, at the best spots. We then were transported to the Basilica, and joined another three people, who all benefited from his guidance. We saw the Sagrada Familia, at the perfect time, and once again had an excellent guided view. The weather held out (it was supposed to rain) and the sun appeared to shine through the western (Passion) windows: incredible. Jorge loves his city, loves the sights, and loves to share them with his dear guests. Muchos gracias, mi hermano!
As someone who travels often and values efficiency, I can confidently say this was one of the best tour experiences I’ve had. I specifically prefer smaller group tours because you can move efficiently, avoid wasting time waiting around for large groups, and really maximize your day while still getting an in-depth experience. This tour delivered exactly that. Jorge was our guide at the Sagrada Familia, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. His English was perfect, which made the tour extremely enjoyable and easy to follow. He explained the history, symbolism, and architecture in a way that made the basilica come alive rather than just feeling like another tourist stop. I also added on Park Güell, and I’m so glad I did. Carla guided us through the park and tied together Gaudí’s life, inspirations, and architectural philosophy beautifully. She connected the influences seen throughout the park back to the Sagrada Familia, which gave the entire experience so much more meaning and depth. Honestly, the guides were a huge reason I booked this tour in the first place because the reviews were so consistently strong — and they absolutely lived up to them. Both Jorge and Carla were friendly, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Yes, the price is a little steeper, but the convenience is absolutely worth it. The hotel pickup and transportation between locations saved so much time and made the entire day seamless. Instead of stressing over logistics, you get to fully immerse yourself in the experience and maximize your time in Barcelona. Highly recommend doing both the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell together. These guys know what they’re doing.

Wonderful experience with Carla and George/Jorge in Park Guell and then La Sagrada Família. The English was great, they have superb historical information and were passionate about their work.

We did Park Gruell and Sagrada Família with Jorge. He was wonderful!!! Very knowledgeable , excellent English, kept us right on schedule yet we never felt rushed. Highly recommend small group tours - got us to all the right scenic spots and took charming photos of us all.
Absolutely one of the best tours I’ve been on. Jorge is an excellent guide!!! He is very knowledgeable, speaks excellent English, and interacts with his guests very well - even taking pictures of us at key places. I did both Famillia and park, and the pick up at my hotel and transfer between sites was seamless. We saw the park then the Basilica. Jorge tied the sites and Guell’s life together perfectly! I highly recommend this tour with Jorge!
This was a fantastic experience. The tour guides knew their information of both locations. I loved that I didn’t have to be close to the guide as they used microphones and I was given a headset to hear them. Definitely a must if going to Barcelona.
