The meeting point was easy and convenient. The guide, Simon, was very personable.
Victoria was a fantastic tour guide showing us around the city and talking about the history of Barcelona. She has all the knowledge especially if you ask her the questions!
Alin was an excellent. Very knowledgeable about the area, gave us lots of historical info because our group enjoyed that. He also was very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our time with him.
I had a tough time getting my moneys worth. I requested a start time modification, and the operator interpreted as a removal of the tour. So he showed up for 10 minutes to take us to the ticket booth of the church and that was it. I asked if he could tour us later that evening or the next day or the following day, but he said he was already booked up. So I asked for a partial refund and they refused because they felt my email was threatening. Very disappointing experience.
Alan was an Amazing guide around the city. Did a fantastic job engaging my daughter into the history of the city! Truly fantastic.
