Emotions that leave a mark

It was supposed to be an entry level safari. I was expecting torture, and instead I came home speechless. The Taranghire with its wonderful bao babs, lions, giraffes, elephants so close to the car that you can almost touch them. The caldera of Ngorongoro, a crater extinct for 6,000 years that today houses a magnificent lake visited by hyenas, vultures, lions, buffalo, flamingos... a breathtaking landscape surrounded by greenery, wild and fascinating. The Serengheti center with the highest concentrations of felines I had ever seen: leopards, cheetahs, lions even cubs, thousands and thousands of zebras and wildebeest. A gigantic savannah full of pitfalls where there were struggles for survival before my eyes astonished by so much beauty. Finally, there is Ndutu, a lake where grasses exist that can bring back almost the entire circus of wild animals to give birth to their puppies. In short, there are not enough words to describe the beauty of the nature of these places. All I can say is it changed my life. There is a before and a post Tanzania. And if that's still not enough to convince anyone who has this experience, then just meet Rocco, the owner and enlightened guide of Tanzania Safari Crew and listen to him present these places. Everything from the driver to the base camp, to the eating, to the beds was in my opinion sqpientemente thought to provide refreshment after 8 hours of safari. The terraces of the chosen lodges had breathtaking views. Every evening before dinner you sit in front of the hearth to exchange your impressions. The beds always perfect. The sheets that smelled fresh. Swahili cuisine, spicy and rich in meat and vegetables. The choice of wines, South African, all excellent perfect in food pairing. I was not surprised at all to discover that Rocco is an anthropologist, the son of university professors of Greek and Latin. Conversing with him is already worth the cost of the trip. It was an honor to spend some time together. It was a journey that changed my life. For the better! Thanks for 💙
