During the trip we had some problems, but they were very flexible and solved them for us perfectly; they adapted completely to the situation. The truth is that it has been an experience that I will undoubtedly repeat with my favorite guides, both Moises and Jose; they made us spend some very pleasant days telling us curiosities about their culture and showing an admirable knowledge of the animals! The hotels were also great; it is a shame that we went for so few days that we could not stay more than one night in them. The jeeps have a cooler, allowing us to have fresh water throughout the trip. So, even if I repeat myself, a highly recommended local agency with magnificent staff who planned the best trip we have ever had for us! Thank you both very much!!

Our safari through Tanzania with Mi Viaje Expedición exceeded all our expectations and became one of the best trips of our lives. From the first contact, even before leaving Mexico, we received exceptional attention. They were always available to answer our questions and accompany us throughout the planning. During the trip that attention continued at all times. Even when one of our suitcases was lost, the team looked after us, helping us and looking for solutions until everything was resolved. Our guide, Moisés, deserves special recognition. His professionalism, experience, and passion for nature made every day different. His explanations about the animals, their behavior, the history of the parks, and the local culture made the safari much more enriching. Thanks to him, we had the enormous good fortune of seeing the Big Five, in addition to many incredible scenes of wildlife. Another great success was recommending the photographer Hermano to us. Thanks to him, we returned with spectacular photographs that will preserve the best moments of this adventure forever. Something we also want to mention, because we know many travelers have that doubt, is that the bathrooms during the safari were surprisingly clean. It was something that really caught our attention and speaks very well of the trip's organization. One of the most magical moments was the exclusive dinner they prepared for us in the middle of the Serengeti, followed by a campfire under the stars. These are details that make you feel that the trip was designed especially for us. But if we had to summarize this experience in one word, it would be hospitality. The entire team made us feel welcome from the first day. There was always a smile, a willingness to help, and a genuine interest in ensuring we had the best safari possible. And those who have already been to Tanzania will surely understand this phrase: you haven't been to Africa if you don't return with the song "Jambo" playing over and over in your head. 😊 Thank you, Mi Viaje Expedición, thank you Moisés, and thank you Hermano for giving us memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. I don't have enough words to explain how special this trip has been. Moses and Joseph are the best guides you can have, they are great professionals and knowledgeable about each of the national parks. Every minute they survive for you, they are dedicated to their work and have an insatiable attitude until they get to show you the animal and the precious sunset you imagined. The price is also very competitive compared to other companies and I assure you that it is worth each and every euro you pay, they are very helpful people and become family.
