2-Day Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, is a perfect combination which takes you through the Sacred Valley of the Incas and onto Machu Picchu by train. From Cuzco we pass through the Sacred Valley visiting Pisaq ruins as well as the traditional local market. Then we explore the Inca town of Ollantaytambo and its fortress. In the late afternoon you will take the train to Machu Picchu town and overnight at 3-star hotel.

Day 1: Sacred Valley – Aguas Calientes Town You’ll be picked up at your hotel in Cusco and head to the Urubamba Valley to visit the village of Pisac, noted for its Creole and colonial aspects, as well as its native market and craft fair. Explore the archaeological ruins. Lunch is provided. In the afternoon you’ll visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo, a site of agricultural importance in the days of the Tahuantinsuyo Empire. Later you’ll catch the train to Machu Picchu town, and transferred to your hotel Machu Picchu Adventure house.
Day 2: Explore Machu Picchu - Cusco After breakfast at the hotel you’ll board the bus for Machu Picchu, where you’ll enjoy a guided tour of the citadel before the crowds arrive! On this 2 hour visit your expert guide will show you all the important areas, viewpoints, temples, residences, and more. Take the bus back to Machu Picchu town, and enjoy some free time in the afternoon to visit the hot springs before traveling back to Ollantaytambo by train. You’ll then have a tourist bus connection for the return to San Francisco Plaza Cuzco arrive at 10:45pm Approx.
