6:30 am Pick up from your hotel in Cusco and 1 hour trip to Chinchero
8:00 am: We will meet local people, who are part of the oldest family that keeps the traditions of the fabric alive. Its alpacas and guinea pigs will welcome you and you can feed them their breakfast. In addition, learn about their fascinating weaving techniques using natural ingredients to create stunning textiles by hand.
9:30 am: Imagine the stunning Inca terraces and beautiful Andes in the background. This view is simply breathtaking, the story behind even more. Your guide will teach you about the Inca agricultural laboratory and how they created different climatic zones on these terraces. We will enjoy this place for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
11 am: We will pass in front of thousands of salt ponds, still intact. Here you will have the opportunity to take one of the most famous photographs of the Sacred Valley. Our guide will be happy to capture this moment for you. From here we continue our tour to enjoy a delicious lunch.
13:00 PM. You will enjoy lunch in one of the best restaurants in Ollantaytambo, with diversity of Peruvian cuisine, among salads, soups, main dishes. Vegetarian options are also offered.
2.40 p.m. Our latest discovery of the day: The terraces and ruins of Ollantaytambo. This place was very protected as it was the entrance to the road to Machu Picchu. That is why many things happened here during the Spanish invasion.
3.50pm: You have the option of being dropped off at the Ollantaytambo train station or returning with us to Cusco.
17:35 hours: Arrival at your hotel in Cusco, full of magical moments. Note: All times are approximate.

We booked this service at the last minute because it seemed like a brilliant idea, and it was definitely the best decision. Our guide, Yudith, accompanied us throughout the entire adventure and was excellent. She explained every detail very clearly and shared fascinating stories about each place we visited, which made the experience even more special. Lunch in Ollantaytambo was fantastic. There were no crowds, which allowed us to enjoy the moment in peace. We ordered à la carte and were served delicious dishes on stone plates, beautifully presented and truly tasty. After all the adventure, we were promptly taken to the train station to continue our journey to Machu Picchu, which was very comfortable and well-organized. We highly recommend this experience for its organization, quality of service, and personalized attention.
