The tour with the audio guide was great! We were independent and could explore everything at our own pace. The palace is truly worth seeing and beautiful.
Tour booked, 45 minutes waiting for the guide (typically Southern Spanish) and way too late entering Alcazar. Had booked myself on the day of the return flight, so had to quickly skip the audio tour and hurry through the gardens so as not to miss my taxi to the airport. No communication or apology that the tour started much later

Alcazar was beautiful however we opted for audio guide and had lots of problems listening to it. We couldn't get on it and if we did kept repeating or jumping

I retrieved my entry ticket by exchanging the voucher; it is simple. Very beautiful visit
This is an amazing complex with lots of history. Unfortunately neither the audio guide nor the on site signage allow you to figure out the story. You are left to your own resources to try to figure out what you are looking at, its significance, and even how to progress through the complex. The alcazar tour in Madrid was so so much better presented. Such a disappointment!!
