Pick up instructions: From Airport: "Our drivers will wait for you in the arrivals terminal hall of the airport, holding a sign with your name on it. They will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle to take you to the booked address. The maximum waiting time is 60 minutes from the moment your flight lands (except at T4S, where the maximum waiting time is 1 hour and 30 minutes). At T4S, the driver will enter the arrivals hall 30 minutes after landing. At Terminal 1, the usual meeting point is near the post office. Once the maximum waiting time has been exceeded, a surcharge of €25 will apply for each additional hour or fraction thereof. If you cannot locate the driver, please call the emergency phone number Note: Please contact the driver as soon as possible to help coordinate the service." To Airport: "Your driver will be at the street door. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance."

The pickup was great and we had a very good experience with our driver. The company MyTransfer Group was very professional. My complaint is with Viator. For the return trip, which was booked 6 weeks in advance, they never made the reservation! Now there is a NATO conference in town and we are stuck with no way to reach the airport from our hotel. They charged us 6 weeks in advance. Could they not have set up the reservation? They did not contact me nor refund my money ($75). In the future I will contact the shuttle companies directly and avoid third parties such as this.
This was an excellent transportation service for our family of 7. Nice Mercedes van and drivers were very pleasant. Definitely will use them again. I recommend them highly.
