Our professional, certified drivers will transport you by shuttle to the Ceiba ferry terminal from any of our pick up locations in Condado, San Juan, Old San Juan, Isla Verde, or Luquillo. Upon return to the Ceiba ferry terminal from your island of choice, your driver will be waiting for you and ready to take you back to your drop off location! **Pickups will begin in the San Juan area at 6:00 am** Pick Up / Drop Off Locations 6:00 am- Doubletree by Hilton San Juan 6:10 am- Plaza Colon, Old San Juan 6:15 am- Hyatt House San Juan 6:25 am- Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan 7:00 am- Frutera Flores, Luquillo **TO ENSURE WE DO NOT MISS THE FERRY, THE VAN WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY AFTER THE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME . PLEASE ARRIVE A LITTLE EARLY** Scheduled arrival for the Ceiba Ferry Terminal is 7:30 am. The return ferry will depend on ocean conditions. Your driver will be there waiting for you to return! We are typically back to the San Juan area for drop off around 7:30 pm. **Guests will be dropped off at the same location they are picked up**

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Every guest will need to purchase a ticket to join the transportation, regardless of age.
- Guests are permitted a small bag or backpack with personal items that will fit under the seat (think plane seat.) Anything larger than that will not be allowed.
- Passengers in swimsuits or without shirts are not allowed in the terminals or on board the vessels. This includes see through cover ups. Please be sure to wear a shirt and shorts to ensure you are able to enter the ferry.

Ferry tickets should be included when booking, there were 14 ppl en the van and none had tickets to the ferry on hand and the strange thing is that we all thought we had bought the ferry tickets when booking
I cancelled the trip, no ferry tickets available to go to Culebra and ride had to be cancelled cancel please
Make sure you reserve tickets to culebra WAY in advance! We got lucky but the others with us did not and had to go to Vieques. The driver was professional and safe. He also waited for us when the ferry arrived past schedule.
It was great and safe! I was solo traveling and didn’t have any problems.
Pretty stress free overall, great way to see beautiful island of Culebra. Shuttle bus picks you up near your Airbnb/hotel and will drop you off at ferry. Ferry ride is quite cold inside so wear layers.

Transportation was great! Great communication- easy and efficient. The PM driver on the way back from the beach, blasted electronic music from this huge speaker. Not the vibe after a long relaxing day, gave me the worst headache I was sick rest of the night. He also blasted the AC, which made everyone uncomfortable because they were in beach clothes. If you’re a driver, your job is to ensure everyone is comfortable. Small Details matter. Other than this, great trans portion, easy pick up and hassle free.

The driver was great! Flamenco Beach in Culebra is stunningly beautiful! It is said to be one of the prettiest beaches in the world.

VERY well organized at Ceiba docks. There is parking away from the docks, but a shuttle takes you to the check in point for the ferry. Once you are checked in you are taken to a covered holding area in which you can sit down. When everyone has arrived you are taken to board the ferry. There are several ferries, but the one we boarded was very comfortable. It takes a little over an hour to arrive at Culebra Island. If you are prone to seasickness, then take a Dramamine 30 minutes prior to departure, however, it is a smooth ride on most days. Once you arrive in Culebra you can choose tours, or various modes of transportation to see the island. This is a great way to visit Culebra! Highly recommend!

They just drop you off with no information at all. You’re just kind of on your own to find transportation and get to know where to go. Also ferry broke down and delayed 2 hours-not their fault but a total drag!
