nice place to visit i sincerely reccomend
Sweet tour ended up just being 5 in our group. Andy was very knowledgeable and used driving time to explain political, cultural and social aspects of towns visited and the country. So that when we got to the towns we maximized our sightseeing and free time in each area. Great balance. Thank you for an enjoyable day
Booked and paid for this tour many months in advance through Viator. Two days before we were contacted by ALX Tour operator advising us he didn’t have enough people to fill the tour and if we could reschedule. Told them no, as we had limited time in Amsterdam and other days were fully booked for us. Not hearing back from them, we requested a refund. At that point, told they were able to reschedule others to our day. We had already rebooked the same tour with another company through our hotel. After some back and forth they agreed to give us a refund. Our reservation showed cancelled in the Viator system which took away our ability to review them on Viator. We only got half of our money back, rather than the full amount. I would not recommend this tour company. Their communications with customers is poor at best when there is an issue.
Sndy, Our tour guide/driver was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly, The itinerary from start to finish was thoroughly educational and enjoyable . We highly recommend Andy.
This trip was a good change of pace from the Amsterdam vibe. Andy provided an excellent narration and detailed information in every part of the trip. His local knowledge helped make this memorable. Very generous with allowing us time to explore on our own.
Andy was an incredible tour guide! Prioritized our fun and safety, and was so knowledgeable about the Netherlands! We toured on a very hot day but the pacing kept us consistently cool (either indoors or in the car). The stops were so interesting and I enjoyed learning so much history! Highly recommend to anyone looking to see parts of the Netherlands outside of Amsterdam!!
Wonderful day with Alex, very good host and safe driver. With free time he kept you well informed what to see and do. Many thanks.
Liedse was fantastic! We did two different tours on consecutive days. This one helped us learn about history and culture about the Netherlands. The tour guide, Leidse, picked us up, conveniently at our hotel promptly as planned. He insured we were comfortable the entire time and was very attentive throughout the day. He helped us choose unique experiences during our free time. He even gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant after the tour was completed. Worthwhile, efficient, and entertaining.
Andy was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed our tour. He was very patient with us and gave us extra time if we needed. Thanks
Our tour guide, Andy, lead a very informative tour allowing us to learn more about the Netherlands in a comfortable setting. The stops were times well and allowed just enough time for exploration.
