I would not recommend this tour or tour company (Tours and Tickets, T&T) to anyone who is not already familiar with the Netherlands, where everything is located and able to figure things out like a local. On the day of my trip, I pulled up Tripadvisor (where I booked through - no other information was provided directly by tours and tickets). I located the pickup point through Google Maps and headed to the spot. I asked around to ensure I was in the right spot and many other tour operators assured me this is where all the bus tours leave from. With this double assurance I felt comfortable, however when the time rolled around and there was no guide or individual around I became unsure. I called the overall office who told me I had to go to the ticket office, so I explained and asked if they could wait for me as I’d now be late with the mixup. I was informed they do not hold the bus ever, I’d have to ask the office. I found the phone number for the office online and tried calling but surprisingly the phone was DISCONNECTED, so I was unable to speak to someone leaving me feeling panicked. I ran to the ticket office and was informed that actually the tour also does NOT leave from the office itself, but we have to come to the office to learn which platform the bus leaves from, all before departure time. At this point the bus had left and I had to pay again to take the tour the next day. I wonder if this is a strategy to make more money off tourists. I was informed that this is an error on Tripadvisor part and they can only guarantee the information of pickup spot if you book directly with them. I took a look at the physical ticket provided for the next day and noticed the platform for the bus was also not written on that. The agent had to write the platform number, and he did so only once I asked. I would have had the same issue for the tour the next day. As someone not from the Netherlands, trip advisor/Viator provides myself assurance that the company exists in a foreign company. I have taken many trips and never have I had this situation. Tours & Tickets messed up start to end, refused to take accountability for their error, blaming Tripadvisor, while also disconnecting the phone so you cannot even reach the office in these situations! The next day I took the tour and the guide and driver were great. However the actual context of the tour was boring, would recommend skipping this one (or going with another tour company). I had another tour with Dutch trips during my stay and they were very organized - could be a reasonable alternative
Dear Jennifer, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the confusion you experienced on the day of your tour and understand how stressful that must have been. Clear and correct information about departure points is very important, that is why all the information (the address and the office name is mentioned on the vouchers. Your comments about communication and accessibility have been noted and will be shared with the relevant team for review. We are glad to hear that the guide and driver on the tour were good, but we are sorry the overall experience did not meet your expectations. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. Kind regards
Really really good Tour with Ad who was our guide. Full of great knowledge, history and right amount of walking. Comfy bus but nō wifi. Take your own water but there are plenty of stops. Walk around Hague was fabulous as was Rotterdam. Delft was special with the Factory visit. Relaxing tō be driven in Comfy Coach.

the trip is great..it covered a lot of stops in one day..our tour guide was great..very knowledgeable..funny and helpful.. the reason for the 4 stars was (and that's my personal opinion) because I would have rather stayed more at some stops than others.. but still I would definitely recommend it to her and would do it again
It's worth taking a walk. Good explanation and reasonable time at the stops to enjoy a bit of each city.

was a very good experience but would have been better if the tour guide was provided a microphone so everybody can hear the guide well without shouting
In order to experience the entirety of the Netherlands, you’ve got to get out of Amsterdam and at least see the Hague, Rotterdam & Delft and if you love flowers as in (tulips) the countryside.
