Please note that for some locations a different but near pick up location will be listed. Transfers will be provided ONLY for bookings made 14 hours before the activity take place. You will be sent a message through Whatsapp or an email around 9:00 p.m the previous afternoon of the cruise that will inform you about the exact place of pickup and any other important details. The company does not bear responsibility if the costumer loses its pick up time. Costumers have the responsibility to be on time at the allocated pick up points.

Best cruisw of my life. I love my wife
Unfortunately, we did not depart; we were there waiting for the transfer, and no one came. After 2 hours, we called and were told that it was canceled, but we did not receive any response or email. Is it possible for me to get my money back?
So looking forward to this trip after reading the reviews about Symi. I booked the quick trip to Symi only as we were not interested in Panormitis or swimming at st, Georges bay as we are elderly and do not swim. However 24hrs before our trip it was cancelled and they wanted to change us to the trip with st. Georges Bay inc. at no extra cost. I had to decline for reasons already mentioned and did not want to spend an additional 2 hours on the boat. I was given a full refund 2 days later after requesting twice for the refund.
