These eels hide in deep waters during the day and come out to feed at night, with the largest reaching up to 2 meters in length and weighing 20 kg. As Cheonjiyeon Waterfall marks the northern limit of the marbled eel's habitat, it has been designated Natural Monument No. 27. This makes Cheonjiyeon Waterfall a "treasure trove of natural monuments." Beautiful Jeju Island tour with our wonderful guide Jina

We had an amazing tour of Jeju Island with Jina, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day smooth and enjoyable. Jina took us to several beautiful and iconic places around the island. The Hallasan lookout offered stunning views and was a perfect way to experience the natural beauty and nature preservation of Jeju. We also visited the Jusangjeolli cliffs, where the unique volcanic rock formations were absolutely fascinating. Another memorable stop was Cheonjeyeon Waterfall, which was peaceful and scenic, surrounded by lush greenery. Jina’s retelling of the dragon story is one to remember! One of our favorite parts of the tour was exploring the Seogwipo Old Market. Jina helped us discover local foods and specialties, making it a fun cultural experience. She also brought us to a beautiful Buddhist temple, which gave us a quiet moment to appreciate the island’s spiritual side. Throughout the day, Jina shared interesting stories and insights about Jeju’s history, culture, and nature. She was attentive, patient, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. If you’re visiting Jeju Island, we highly recommend touring with Jina. Her warmth, knowledge, and passion for the island truly made the experience special.
