We got into the venue, which was very busy and not particularly interesting or good value for money. No chance of the canal trip we booked as there wasn’t anyone from the business available. All in all a waste of money, better to keep it in your pocket. We won’t engage again.
Horrible l didn’t even get to experience the excursions. How can I get my money back? The tour guide person never met me
Dear Odessa, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. The reservation is for the entrance tickets for the Red Light Secret museum and tickets for the canal cruise ride, it is not a guided tour. All the information is mentioned on the tickets. We hope that you could still visit the place and had a lovely time! kind regards, Tours&Tickets
The locations was fairly easy to find. Staff were helpful. The canal cruise was very informative and romantic. Definitely will return with my future boyfriend The Red Light District Museum was very interesting and insightful to learn about the history and how a day in the life of a Red Light District worker can be. Changes there perspective of sex workers for sure
Dear Melissa, Thank you for your kind review. We are honestly happy to read you had such a lovely experience with us. Hope to see you again in the future. Kindest regards, Tours&Tickets
The staff at the red light museum were quite unfriendly. It all had to happen quickly. While it wasn't busy at all. The museum was nothing special. The boat trip was fun to do. For lovers, the tour (info) is given through earphones. Is impersonal and quickly becomes boring. More fun if a guide narrates live. The arrangement was also not completely clear. We started with a visit to the museum because this was passed on to us. When we arrived at the boat trip, our time slot was 'supposedly' already over. But this was the starting point of the museum visit. No clear information received.
Very interesting to read the signs and listen to the audio and see what it takes to be a prostitute and also the laws there surrounding them. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed it, defo one to put on the list when in amsterdam....staff really friendly too
Dear Lorraine, We are so happy to read that you joined the cruise and visited the museum! Thank you for your review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the experience. We hope to welcome you again in the future! Kind regards, Tours&Tickets
The museum was interesting and informative and dispelled many of the myths that the average person probably has. It took less than an hour to go through the museum so you can easily fit it into a day full of activities. A canal tour is a must in my opinion. Not only do you see the various canals but you learn about the history of each of the residential and retail areas that surround them.
Canal cruise was overcrowded and you sit in rows of 3 so it’s awkward for a lone traveler. Museum was a waste. Would not recommend.
thank you for your feedback, this is really important to improve our services and activities. Comments and observations of our clients are really precious for a business like ours. We are sorry the cruise and museum did not meet your expectations and we would like to discuss it further through the email if you like. Please contact us at: excursions@lindbergh.nl
