It was really cool at night. A bit hard to find but so fun to go through canals of Venice at night in kayaks. The kayaks were really easy to push along too
A really great experience, we went at 6:30pm as dusk was setting in and the views were gorgeous. Our guide was knowledgable and friendly.
Thisbis a fun and unique way to see canals in Venice you might miss. Be sure to come prepared, you will get a little wet and a change of clothes, some water shoes and a towel will make it a better experience.
Nice way to visit and enjoy Venice from a completely different point of view. Cool experience in the city.
Theresa was our leader. She was wonderful and so supportive. We had a time.
We had a fabulous time and some great photos and memories. Highly recommend the sunset tour as it must be very busy during the day..we almost had the canals to ourselves
This was really magical! Slipping down the quiet canals in the sunset and then in the dark. It was one of our favorite parts of Venice!
Wonderful way to see Venice “back roads”. The guides were very patient and helpful. Highly recommend
We consciously chose the kayak as an alternative to the gondola, even though it was quite expensive with the kayak. The trip was not very spectacular and, in the narrow canals with a lot of traffic, was characterized by having to constantly dodge and hold onto the shore or other boats. You don't really see more than you do when walking along the canals, even on the short detour into the lagoon. Getting in and out was from a less-than-ideal access point (the kayaks were more than a meter lower, a small challenge for inexperienced paddlers). We had quite a bit explained to us by the guide, but it wasn't always audible due to the noise.
Wonderful way to see Venice at the end of a day of more traditional sightseeing. It gave us a different perspective and interesting insights into the history of the city. Teresa was a wonderful guide, my nephew and I really enjoyed this activity and would recommend it!
