I love it . The person who picked us up with on time nice stuff and great diving experience. But I don’t like the photo session man comments . After all it was good

Honestly! The worst day of my life! Let’s start from the beginning! Booked this trip as a birthday present for my friend! As it’s his birthday today! Let’s start with the positive! The pick up from the hotel was great! The return from the trip was even better! So we arrived at the port. Was standing in a queue for 1 hour 30 mins. In the baking sun. It was complete chaos no one knew what was going on! Finally bored what was decided as a luxury boat trip! The crew were so rude! They spoke with the Russian guests first! English was last! That’s just the start! Got into the sea for a snorkel and I was physically grabbed by the arm and shouted at like a child! Felt completely abused! Finally got to White Island! Don’t bother it was completely packed. Didn’t see the sand, for the amount of people on it. Completely a waste of my holiday time and money. On the 1 hour 40 minute journey back to port! It got worse! I’m gonna call it harassment! Because that was exactly what it was! Being told we had to do a review on board! When you refused! Things became nasty! We wasn’t the only one to refuse the review! It was my friends birthday and I feel bad that I booked suck a horrible trip for him! My advice is don’t book!

I had this experience with my family; my husband and I wanted to take the kids to a place that was an open-air aquarium, but it was not like that. Let's say that when you arrive at the boat dock you see so many people in line for document checks... so I was not expecting the impact of the confusion; it felt like being at the subway turnstiles in Milan during rush hour. There must have been at least 20 boats at the pier... each with 10/15 people on board. The trip is evocative; we arrived at the island that doesn't exist, and up to that point everything was fine. The place is evocative; this completely white strip of beach in the middle of the sea is truly beautiful, but it's a shame that within 20 minutes four other boats arrived and the boarding of all those people disappointed my expectations a bit. Subsequently, we went to our boat's docking point at Ras Mohammed Park, but the comparison between today's reality and the memory of the seabed was absolutely disappointing; after 21 years, the marine life has inevitably suffered a loss caused by all that marine traffic; there must have been at least seven boats where we were. On board, a nice rapport was created between us tourists and the crew, especially with the scuba instructors who also gave us some very valuable information. For those who have never been there, it is an experience to have... I will keep the memory I had of a wonderful corner that has now disappeared.

During our vacation in Sharm we relied on Stefania and we could not have made a better choice. We went on a boat excursion, with wonderful snorkeling spots. The next day we went to Ras Mohamed National Park. Two days of pure relaxation and fun!!

Great experience from start to finish. Transport on time, orientation at the diving centre. Very professional team looking after the operation of the tour, our safety and experience. Friendly and communicative staff who checked on us regularly, at each stage of the tour instructed us about what we are doing. Made sure we get the best experience during, snorkelling and scuba diving. Special thank you for the boys who looked after us on Habiba 2 on 2nd July. Made my very first scuba diving memorable and I felt I was in good hands.

Very kind staff but very pushy with the photos both on the boat and underwater, where they should let you enjoy watching the fish in peace instead of constantly watching the photographer; crazy prices for a 10-minute dive.

We booked the excursion directly from their website the day before departure, after asking for some information via WhatsApp. Stefania, who assists Italian tourists, responded to me immediately, providing all the necessary information. In less than ten minutes, I already had the tickets, with the option to pay via link or directly to the guide. The meeting was at 7:45 outside our resort. A new and comfortable bus took us to the port. The organization was impeccable: no waiting and everything was perfectly arranged. The price is really fair, and once we arrived, we boarded almost immediately. The boat was stunning, new, and very clean. During the day, we made two stops for snorkeling. The guides were professional and attentive, clearly explaining how to enter the water and offering those who wished the chance to try a dive, without any pressure. Subsequently, we reached White Island, simply wonderful. It's just a shame about the wind, but of course, that is an unpredictable factor. The children had a great time. The lunch on board was truly excellent: quality food, well organized, and abundant, with the option to have seconds. A special shout-out to the chef! The captain proved to be extremely skilled, executing docking and parking maneuvers of the boat that only someone who has been doing this job for decades can perform with such precision. On board, there was a pleasant atmosphere, with music, drinks available for those who wanted them, and during the return, a fresh and delicious slice of yellow melon. Congratulations also to the diving team, well-prepared and professional, and to the onboard photographer, who offered the opportunity to purchase a photo service with no obligation. Tomorrow we will also try the motorcycle tour. Considering that we booked at the last minute, the service was truly exceptional. Competitive prices, perfect organization, and a fantastic staff. Highly recommended! A well-deserved 10 out of 10 to the entire team. 👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pickup was smooth and easy, was contacted through whatsapp and kept up to date with when and whwre we would be collected. Communication was easy, these guys spoke multiple languages. We set off on 2 snorkelling stops, with the option to scuba dive and i highly recommend that you try it! What an experience..i panicked and it took me a while to regulate my breathing and he held my hand throughout and kept me calm, i was so glad i did it! Incredible experience. He was kind and considerate of my feelings and you can tell its his passion. We had lunch which was delicious, chicken, salad pasta. We then went off to white island. It was a choppy swim but one of these guys swam with a life ring and placed my 6 year old in the middle and i held on to it also and he pulled about 4 or 5 of us to the island this guy was the strongest swimmer i have ever encountered and i felt totally safe. He also had to help us out a sticky situation on the 2nd snorkeling site and pulled us back to the boat i was in awe of how strong he was. Over all an incredible experience. Lots of photos taken underwater and by a man on the boat, a bit of a hard sell afterwards to purchase the packages but well worth it.

I would highly recommend booking this activity as it had everything. Calm and peaceful ocean view, adventure of scuba diving and snorkling, and a great vibe on the boat. All made possible by the crew of the Oceano. In particular Hassan and MoMo - great guys that go out of their way to make your time there unforgettable! Also we met some amazing likeminded people on the yacht too, which was a nice bonus! I booked this through the company Sharm Gate on booking.com for a very reasonable price. They messaged me before advising on pick up time, what was included and we needed to bring, and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you to all!
