Great tour with excellent wine and food. Our guide was great and knowledgeable about the history of the property and region. The food and wine pairing were very good.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted that you enjoyed the winery tour, the Tuscan lunch, and the carefully paired wines. It's great to hear that your guide's knowledge of the estate and the Chianti region made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for your kind words, and we hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable wine experience in Tuscany!
It was very worth it, it was a great experience, good wine, good food and excellent service! Thank you
Great experience cooking simple but tasty authentic Tuscan food in the privilege of Simone's own farmstead with his family. Funny, informative and instructive, made everyone feel included.
What a treat! The grounds are amazing, so tranquil. They even have live turtles! We learned about the wine and toured the cellars. At lunch, in the villa, we sampled more wines and local cuisine. A very enjoyable time.
Radda in Chianti is a beautiful village in the Chianti region. Beautiful shops and places to eat and drink. It was Sunday and very busy. Parking went reasonably well, we found a place not too far from the town. However, the prices they ask in shops, osteria, trattoria, etc. are downright scandalous compared to other places in Tuscany.
What a wonderful experience. We really loved learning about the wine making process and seeing the cellars. The grounds are spectacular. The lunch was delicious and the fact that we had private seating made it more intimate. Looking forward to our wine arriving at home!
We had a wonderful experience during our tour, wine tasting and lunch. The wine selection was perfect and paired with a 3 course meal. The food was delicious and our expectations were exceeded during our visit!! Would recommend this and would visit again if the opportunity arose!
The tour guide spoke very fast even for our friends who had lived in Italy for 3 years. Kristina seemed annoyed to be working and just wanted to get it over with. The wine wasn’t as good as we expected and there was one I couldn’t even finish. There was very little discussion about the history, the vineyards, and we were not shown the vineyards. Kristina simply said, “it’s too complicated”. The food was good but we could get that anywhere. Not impressed.
Tour was excellent and the tour guide was very informative. She took much time sharing the grape and wine processing. The wine tasting and lunch was in the former owners house.
The beginning was difficult due to aviator not listing correct address on ticket/ documents. We went to wrong location which made us 30 minutes late. However once there the place is beautiful, the service was extremely friendly and professional and the food and wines were excellent!!! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I would recommend asking for the room with terrace to enjoy both inside the castle and also outside views!
