A world-class tour with Victor. He has immense knowledge, pointed out unique details of various pyramids and structures you’d otherwise never know to look for or see. Seeing Sayil and Labná is really worth it. Victor provided great conversation and is a great and safe driver. He also offered to take photos, which were all really thoughtful and different than a simple picture. I would love to do this tour again to learn from Victor and see these incredibly well maintained architectural sites.
Great private tour. If you are interested in Mayan Ruins, this is the way to go! We had our own guide, with a private vehicle. He spoke English perfectly. He drove us to 4 Mayan Ruins and each was different and unique. Make sure to bring cash for entrance fees as many do not have cellular/internet service and therefore no credit card accepted. Our guide was very knowledgeable. He took great photos for us (he definitely knew the angles and best spots). He was patient and let us spend as much time as we wanted at each location. Lunch was good at a roadside stop, that was clearly a typical tour stop, but food was good. Each time we stopped, I was concerned that it would be a repeat of the last Mayan ruins but each place truly had it's own unique offerings. Bring cash!
Great experience with a knowledgeable guide. It was a pleasure spending the day with our guide Claudia. We learned a lot. The best part of the tour were the lesser visited ruins for the complete “Indiana Jones” feeling. Thank you.
We had an amazing time on the Ruta Puuc with Victor and Claudia! It was the only tour we found that would take us to see more of the sites along Ruta Puuc. Victor and Claudia were very thorough in guiding us through all four archaeological sites. We gained a lot of new knowledge about the symbolism behind the architecture in this region and how they reflect the values of the people in these societies. We highly recommend this tour if you are interested in learning more about the unique culture in this region!
It was a pleasure to welcome such enthusiastic young people, so knowledgeable about great cultures and history. Our goal will always be to promote our cultural heritage, and we are pleased to know that we are achieving it. Sincerely, Victor and Claudia.
Claudia was an awesome guide! All the ruins were incredible and Claudia gave us a lot of history and information. Would highly recommend.
We had a fantastic time with Claudia on the Ruta Puuc! She is knowledgeable, personable, and has a nice sense of humor. She was punctual, thoughtful, and attentive. It was an all day excursion, but the time flew by in the best way possible. It was really fascinating to see four different mind. Cities representing four different historical periods. Uxmal was our favorite, the carvings were breathtaking and Claudia helped provide historical context that brought everything to life. We hope to book with her again on our next trip to Merida!
It will be a pleasure to welcome you back to our country; we have many other tour options that we are sure will be of interest to you.
Highly recommended tour of the Puuc route with Claudia who was knowledgeable and friendly - driver on time and good quality comfortable car. The sights are little known so plenty of time to explore and time by oneself as well. Good meal.
We're glad you enjoyed our tour. We always try to transport you in well-maintained vehicles for your comfort.
Claudia was extremely personable and pleasant to spend a long day of touring with. We really enjoyed our excursions to Uxmal and beyond with her.
Thank you for your visit, lovely photos
The places visited were spectacular. Claudia, our guide, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and congenial.
The Puuc Route is one of the most beautiful and elegant Mayan routes; thank you for your recommendation.
Excellent tour! Our guide Victor very knowledgeable of Mayan history and culture. He also shared his knowledge of native plants. We appreciated travelling to the less visited ruins without the large crowds.
