Fantastic experience! A must do for any and all families. Can’t say enough good about the staff. They made this tour even more enjoyable than the already fun filled excitement we had. Thank you for the priceless moments. We hope to get out here again next year.

Thrilling

Thrilling in every way! Staff were very helpful. Felt safe. Eric and teh rest of the staff knowledgeable. Awesome experience. Need to be fit for the hike included. A little splash in river. Ride with horse going up hill. Also free Tequila tasting. Huge restaurant. Only photos were expensive. $20 for 1 piece and $70 for the digital for all photols if you get them. Didn't have a choice since we didn't have cameras. No valuables allowed in case they fall. Also asked to pay insurance in office of Viator even though we didn't get receipt for $10 each. I did know what was covered.

Amazing Views

This experience was nothing short of AMAZING! There are 11 zip lines, and the staff is efficient and friendly. The restaurant serves authentic and delicious food. Walking over the bridge offers a once-in-a-lifetime view! The bathrooms are very clean. For an extra $10, you can access the Infinity pool overlooking the canyon. I suggest wearing comfortable hiking shoes, as the first four zip lines involve uphill climbs and man-made steps. The mule ride back up the canyon at the end was nice and much easier than trying to hike back up. *Note that this excursion is not suitable for those with physical limitations*. Make sure you are hydrated.

Fun Adventure

This is a great activity. I’m glad we booked it! They bus you to the location. It was great seeing the Mexican countryside on the way. Once there you put your items in lockers and get geared up for zip lining. Note: You cannot take any items with you on the zip lines! Phones, backpacks, fannypacks, sunglasses, cameras are all prohibited. They let you wear a baseball cap under the helmet though, which I did to protect my eyes from sun. You go through 6 zip lines and then walk over the Jorullo Bridge before finishing up the last 5 zip lines. There is some hiking to each zip line during the first 6, so be prepared for that if you have any physics disabilities or if you get winded easily. It was all worth it as the zip lines and bridge were really fun and I felt safe the entire time! Once you finish zip lines you get on mules to be taken back to the base camp. It was a short 15-20 min ride. There you get to have the tequila tasting. We tasted 7, I recall. The tequilas are sold there only so buy it if you like it. I bought one bottle as it was really good. Kevin, the tequila host, was great and made that experience really fun! There is a restaurant and an infinity pool there. Beware that you have to pay to use the infinity pool. They told us $10 US money. The description on trip advisor makes it seem like it was free to use, however; that was not the case and it was misleading. On the way there we were in an air conditioned charter bus, and then on the way back it was an open air bus. I wish I brought some kind of mask to put over my face as it got dusty in some areas of the road and the smog from other buses/trucks bothered me. Overall it was really a great experience and I do recommend it! 😃

Beautiful scenery & the bridge is amazing!

The walk across the bridge is amazing! We drove up from town; we didn't do an excursion or tour - just went on our own. The drive there seemed a little sketchy at times - lots of narrow roads, bumpy, dirt roads, etc. But you eventually get there and the whole place is amazing. Restaurant, infinity pool (extra $), bar, horses... I highly recommend walking across the bridge. You can stop to rest along the way and take some amazing photos - you can even see the ocean! On the other side of the bridge, there is a bar & hammocks so you can rest there as long as you need to!

Thrilling zip lines!

Great zipline excursion. My 15 yr old daughter and I are fit and it was not difficult, but there is a lot of hiking up steep and rocky trails for those of you that may be limited. Wear good shoes with closed toes! We had a blast and the mules and bridge were a bonus. Nachos at restaurants were very good .Also fun to see the mountain villages to and from Canopy River. Would have been nice to have some narration/background info along the ride there or back.

Scared at first finished loving it!!!

Been to a dozen excursions in tropical areas so I thought let’s try the zip line.Didn't know what I was in for.I don’t like roller coasters and my wife doesn’t do heights with that said in the end we toughed it out and would do it again!!!The Adrenalin!!!After the first “tester”zip line there is no turning back. After the 2nd 3rd you feel comfortable enjoying the view and wife felt at ease when 5 macaws flew right under her feet she loves nature. The crew are very helpful with no pressure and are very funny and keep you smiling and safe!!!Would definitely go back next time in PV!!🗿🍹🌋

A must while in Puerto Vallarta!

It was a good experience! The staff is very friendly. The meeting point was easy to find and transportation back is flexible with directing different buses to different neighborhoods of the city. The ziplining was fun and a thrill. Bring running/hiking shoes. Also, bring flip-flops with you, and a GoPro with a mount if you would like videos. They do take pictures of you, but as you can expect they are quite pricy. They have storage bins that are locked for your belongings. There is a restaurant, pool, tequila tasting, and more. Overall, a good time, very well organized!
