Very unprofessional

My reservation was confirmed, and I planned part of my trip around this dinner cruise. Then, only about an hour before the scheduled departure, I was informed that there was actually no availability due to their own booking mistake. The reservation was canceled, and I was simply refunded. While I appreciate that they processed the refund, this does not make up for the inconvenience of canceling at the last minute. By then, it was too late to make alternative plans, and a special evening of my trip was ruined. A business offering hospitality services should have a much more reliable reservation system. I hope they improve their booking management so future customers don’t experience the same situation.
