Description

Last season I launched Cape Cod’s first walking food tour in Chatham, and thanks to amazing guests and local partners, Chatham Food Tours earned Viator’s Badge of Excellence in its very first season. Now we’re bringing that same recipe for success to Provincetown. But Provincetown is entirely its own experience — with different stories, personalities, history, art, and energy. We’ve partnered with fantastic local establishments to create a tour blending great food, local storytelling, waterfront culture, and the unique spirit that makes Provincetown unforgettable. Seafood lovers will enjoy authentic Cape Cod flavors, while non-seafood options are always available as well. This relaxed walking tour is designed to feel personal, welcoming, and fun — with plenty of opportunities to stop, explore, and take in the beauty and personality of Provincetown along the way.

Great Food Tour - Absolutely Worth It!!

Great food tour with our guide Collin in Provincetown. LOTS of great local food. We had oysters, fish tacos, calamari, lobster bisque/clam chowder, drinks, and 2 desserts - cupcakes and chimney cakes. Collin did a wonderful job of filling in the walking part of the tour with great information about P-town and the Cape as well. He is a great guide with the knowledge of a local who grew up on the Cape. Thanks Collin!!

Providence Food Tour

I joined Mike's Chatham Food Tour last year and, when I learned he was launching a Provincetown tour this season, I reached out about booking. Since we were visiting before the official start date, Mike was so kind to arrange a private preview tour for my partner and me with his guide, Colin. Colin was awesome, he grew up in the area and worked on local fishing boats and in restaurants, he had so many sea stories that spiced up a new flavor to how my fish got to my plate. The food selections were excellent. We sampled a variety of seafood and they had non seafood options for my partner who’s got a shellfish allergy. There was so much food that we left completely satisfied. The locations were super unique, sitting by the bay and enjoying the view of boats going by. Then we got to feel like real sailors in a bar called Old Colony Tap where it felt like we’re riding the waves of an old ship. We finished with some delicious desserts, cute little cupcakes from Scott cakes with an inspiring story and right next door were some lovely Hungarian pastry’s I’ve never had before. My heart and belly were so full. It was truly the highlight of our trip. And would fully recommend anyone who likes food and hear some good stories in a beautiful place. Thank you, Colin, for the outstanding experience, and thank you, Mike, for the invitation.
