Professional Photoshoot at Opera House

Very beautiful and professional pictures. Zach was our photographer at Sydney Opera house. We were very impressed and happy how the pictures turned out. Zach did a great job. He was very fast and professional. He took over 140 pictures at 5 different spots of Opera house and the bridge. He did the pictures we choose , did a great job. I highly recommend Zach if you like good quality pictures with reasonable price and fast turnaround. Zach gave our pictures within 24 hours and did edit within 48 hours.

Very happy with the session, the photographer Giacomo is an artist, he made magic with our pictures! He was punctual--meeting him was easy, he sent us a text the day before with instructions on where to meet. He was very helpful, too when it was time to retrieve the photos from the platform. He was creative--we would not have thought of the views he came up with for photos. My favorite part was that we did not need to be seasoned supermodels to achieve beautiful photography shots, thanks to his experience and I imagine his technique of guiding his clients. Also we were not interested in a lengthy session so this was a perfect option for us. We highly recommend this experience.

Ruined a part of my trip. At midnight this company canceled my original booking, asked that I chose a different time, then never responded. They need to remove this !

Giac is awesome! Despite the rainy weather he managed to capture some beautiful family memories and special time at the opera house! He was also flexible to change the time when a storm came through. Both parents and kids were impressed by Giac himself and by his amazing photos! Thank you Giac!!

This photo experience is a must if you are visiting the opera house and want to be in the actual photos yourself. I usually travel with coworkers and while I take excellent photos of them, there is rarely a colleague whom I could bother to take epic photos of me. So I booked through trusty Viator, and Giacomo B. was my friendly photographer. I already had in mind what I wanted and he was willing to work with me and was very flexible. Unfortunately, the week I was in Sydney, it rained the whole time, so we pivoted to taking photos indoors until the rain paused and we could continue outdoors. Keep in mind that indoor and night photos are nearly impossible to take unless there are a LOT of extra lights. All of Viator's photoshoots are usually done by student photographers or hobby photographers who carry only their SLR/mirrorless cameras, so don't expect bright magazine quality indoor photos. Also, you're on your own for hair, attire, and makeup, if that wasn't already obvious. If you understand that, and can set your expectations to get at least 1-2 excellent photos out of the many the photographer takes and edits, you can book this great value. I am a hobby photographer myself and prefer to edit my own photos, so I didn't need Viator's editing service, but it's good to have for the average tourist, whether solo or with others. Giacomo B. was a good photographer and I got several excellent photos with the opera house, the city skyline, and the Harbour Bridge, despite the rainy low light evening. I highly recommend Viator for the value and recommend Giacomo if he becomes your photographer.

This was one of the worst parts of our Australia trip. The photographs were poor, with Opera House and the Bridge blurred and not framed correctly in most of the photos. The photographer paid no attention to framing or to make sure that the photos captured what we wanted. I am sorry to have to write this review. More than the money, I regret that now I do not have good family photos against the iconic Opera House. Sigh.

The photographer, Zach, seemed very nice. The company, Smiley, was not prepared. They waited until the day before to change the time of my photoshoot. On the day of the shoot, New Years Eve, at 9 am , the harbor and opera center was so grounded with porpoise preparing for the New Years Fire Works there wasn’t a place to take pictures so the photoshoot was never completed. Reached out to the company to discuss rescheduling or refund and I never heard any feedback. If the company prides itself in being a go to private photographer service then it definitely needs to know more about the make up of the city as I think this was a avoidable situation

Seb did an amazing job! He made us feel completely at ease during the photo shoot, and the pictures turned out fantastic. He captured the joyful moments, the candid laughter, and the stunning Sydney backdrop with us in it. I’m so glad I chose him to make our first Sydney trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Had a fun photoshoot with our photographer Agostina from Smiler. She was friendly, patient and we had a great experience creating memories for our 20th wedding anniversary.

The operator made a mistake regarding our schedule, we ended up waiting without a photographer on a rainy day that we booked, but they apologized. It was’t the photographer’s fault, so we rescheduled. Agostina was our photographer and she was good! We loved how our photos turned out. She was very nice to us and showed us the spots that would look good on the photos. We left Sydney with many beautiful photos of the opera house and harbour bridge.
