Totally agree with past reviews that this is the best snorkeling trip in South East Asia. The whole experience is perfect, from enquries to booking to pick up, details on what to expect and prepare, pick up, introdictions and explanations on safety, use of equipment, info on corals a d fishes and care for the environment. Special shout out to Colin who took of the less proficient swimmer which makes me feel safe to join the group despite the rain storm

We had an amazing snorkeling experience today, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. My wife and kids had a fantastic time, creating memories that we will cherish for years to come. A special thank you to Marcus and David for their outstanding service. They were constantly looking out for my children, ensuring their safety while patiently sharing interesting knowledge about the marine life. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the boatman who went above and beyond in assisting my younger child throughout the trip. His care and patience were greatly appreciated. The entire team delivered exceptional service with genuine warmth and great manners. This was truly a priceless experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, enjoyable, and memorable snorkeling adventure. Thank you for making our family day so special!

It was the best experience ever, the guides were amazing, the whole itinerary was perfect. Everything was very well planned. The guides were really experienced and fun to do this whole activity with. As a first timer , the whole experience felt very safe as well as very fun!!!

if i could give them a 100 stars, i would. truly such a good experience. kai (1 and 2 lol) and colin were superb guides and made the trip memorable. bringing us to the first beach to practice with the gear was really helpful because it helps you remain calm when you go into the deeper water. snorkel spots truly had nobody else but us and the corals were gorgeous!!!!!! pickup and drop off were so easy as well. super fuss free! can’t recommend them enough PLEASEEEEEEEE book with them if you go to phu quoc!!!!!!!!!

This a rare find. They have very personal service and a small group focus. The guides are very knowledgeable and guide you to the best snorkeling sites . They are also the only local company involved in reef restoration. Highly recommended.We had a great experience

At the outset I would like to thank Onbird Phu Quoc for making our Snorkling dream come true. We were a group of Seven people. Honestly, none of us knew ABC of swimming and none of us had any previous experience of Snorkeling. Firstly we all received a briefing about Safety and use of Snorkeling equipment and practice in shallow sea shore which gave us the much needed confidence. The snorkeling equipments were of very good quality. Onbird team took all of us for Snorkeling at one of the best location of Phu Quoc to see Corals and many colorful fishes. I would like to mention specially that at all the time during Snorkeling, the tour guides went along with us. We could not imagine that our Snorkeling could have gone more smoothly than what we all experienced. Thanks again to Onbird Team.

This was such an incredible trip with the family including a 14 month old. The staff was so helpful and even made it easy for me to snorkel as I am older. They are worth every Dong and very safe

The experience was absolutely fantastic — I truly enjoyed every moment. The team was incredibly attentive, friendly, and very professional throughout the trip. The snorkeling spots were beautiful and truly memorable, and the transfer to and from the hotel was punctual and very well organized. The snorkeling equipment was also in perfect condition, which made everything feel very safe and comfortable. I loved the activity and I recommend it 100% to anyone visiting the area.

They were in touch with us a few days before. Picked us up on time. There were only 10 in total for the day including my 2 kids. And 3 staff adopted 2-4 of us to take us through the snorkel. First stop was on shallow waters to train us briefly. Next 2 stops were 45 minutes of deep waters with amazing corals. They were gracious enough to show as a presentation of each location and what we can find. Later, they pointed us to what was mentioned in the presentation when we actually came across those in the location. They are very considerate to the environment and educated on how and why not to disturb them while snorkel. My kid who’s 7 picked up snorkel and improved as the day progressed. The day ended with a treat of fruits and healthy drinks. Thank you Alex, Tony and others.

We have snorkeled in many countries and we had a cloudy day so the coral and fish were not so brilliant but the team was great and we still had a great afternoon. We were picked up at our hotel promptly and proceeded to the boat launch site near Sao Beach on the south-eastern side of Phu Quoc. The boat was speedy and the snorkeling gear was top notch. I wasn’t forced to wear a life jacket while snorkeling since I’m a good swimmer which was nice. Plenty of guides and a dedicated photographer for a small fee which was a nice option. There was a first stop to give everybody a chance to checkout the gear and to give first timers a brief lesson. Slides/pictures were presented by the lead guide which added an educational aspect to the tour. We stopped at 2 locations with the first one more focused on coral and the second one with a variety of fish including some large Parrot fish. At the fourth stop (Horseshoe Island) we had an included refreshment, fresh fruit and an opportunity for picture taking with a beautiful background. All in all a great relaxing day with nice staff.
