- We will wait up to 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
- If there is no improvement, we will act according to the weather protection selected by the customer during payment.
- The person who presented their ID at the reservation must necessarily go on the trip, if they do not show up, the trip will not take place.
- Service Start Time: Service duration is counted from the reserved time slot, not the customer's arrival time.
- Delay Policy: The boat captain will assess whether waiting is feasible without disrupting operations. The decision is at the captain's sole discretion.
- No-Show Consequence: Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in trip cancellation without refund—especially if the delay impacts duration, safety, or logistics.
- Key Recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid issues.
- We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling on the day of travel, except in cases of bad weather.

Great experience in the end. Loved Christian, the captain I picked. He was great with our two dogs friendly, designed the perfect 3 hrs for what we wanted (chill, good pictures). We even managed to locate a small dolphin pod. Just be aware, this tour you are renting a private boat and a captain separately. Great deal, just a few extra steps you need.
