Ampuis is a small village in the Northern Rhône region of France, located between the cities of Lyon and Valence. We went to 2 very lovely wineries. Even though we did this the day after Christmas and not a lot open it was worth the trip and our driver/guide was great and extremely knowledgeable about the region
In this wine tour, we experienced wines which satisfies all tastes. We visited local wineries and the vineyards had magnificent views. We also had lunch at a local restaurant, and it was nice to hear stories from the tour guide, about many mythical wines.
