Great food and fascinating history (but wear comfortable shoes)

Overall, a fantastic experience and it was a great way for us to see the city. The food was phenomenal. I never knew I liked tripe until I tried it on this tour. The stops at the artisanal butter shop and the local bakery were amazing. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore Lyon’s rich culinary heritage.

We connected with the local culture through its food

We were delighted to sample regional delicacies such as cured meats and artisanal cheeses and also getting to know some local insights behind each of the ingredients. We also bought some freshly baked breads. It was a nice sensory adventure.
