It was so much fun! They have all of the gear and teach you exactly what you need to do. The video turned out lovely!
What an incredible experience! We were met by are amazing tour guide Ray. He clearly explained how to use the equipment and what to expect during this experience. He also gave us a local fruit (Kenepa) to try which we loved. Ray helped us into the water and helped us get the snorkeling gear on. He also provided noodles so we could easily float. We saw such amazing sea life! We saw everything from different types of fish, starfish and the main reason why we were there the turtles. Ray also took pictures and videos of us. I highly recommend this excursion. I also want to note someone not with the tour was struggling in the water and Ray took him to shore and made sure he was okay.

My family and I loved this experience! I was pleasantly surprised that we had a private tour with just my family and our guide. We were fortunate to see more than six turtles on our tour and received our video (I believe) that night. I highly recommend this tour!

What a fun experience! My two teens and I had Alan as our personal guide and we really enjoyed it! He was fun, knowledgeable and patient with us as it was my kids’ first time snorkeling in the ocean. He located the sea turtles quickly and managed to get amazing pics and videos of us with them! My daughter didn’t feel well for the latter part of our time in the water and Alan was great about pulling her along in the water for a bit. I highly recommend this tour!!

All the details shared with us prior to the activity made it super easy to prepare and enjoy the experience. Our tour guide was friendly, gave us good tips on how to make sure we got to see as many turtles as possible - we saw nearly a dozen up close. This was our first time doing snorkeling with a tour guy so we didn’t know what to expect, it was a very cool experience and our guide Rashyn did a great job at making sure we felt safe at all times and we got to see tons of turtles and the video came in by the next day - a very nice family memory

DO NOT BOOK ! SCAM - . I attended with my family ages 15,12,10,4 with a total price of around 400 dollars . Total scam they expect you to swim from the shore out to the turtles - no life jackets provided , Or flippers or any safety in mind . They make you sign a discalmer . Due to safety we didn’t go incase anything happens out at sea . We got no refund . Ended up going to Hilton and booking same excursion with a Boat , free drinks , food , life jackets and all else for less money . Don’t be fooled by this company
We are sorry that you chose not to participate in the tour. Our private Turtle Spotting Snorkeling Tour is described in detail on our booking page and again in the confirmation email every guest receives immediately after booking. It clearly states that this is a shore based experience, not a boat excursion. This is also an intentional choice. In our experience, sea turtles prefer calm, quiet feeding areas, and minimizing boat traffic helps preserve a more natural environment for both the turtles and our guests. The tour includes premium Cressi and Deep Blue snorkeling equipment, including fins, which are mandatory for safety, as well as marker buoys, and floating noodles. Life jackets are available upon request, exactly as stated in our information email. Every tour is led by a private guide who is a trained lifeguard and First Response Instructor for both adults and children. Our guides are also certified Rescue Divers and Instructors. Guests reserve a private time slot in our schedule, allowing us to provide a highly personalized experience with the highest level of attention, safety, and a professionally edited video of their experience. Even though this was all explained to you by our instructor, you chose not to participate because you had a different experience in mind, as outlined in our booking conditions, we cannot offer refunds when guests decide not to participate in a tour that is provided exactly as described. During our correspondence, you indicated that you would post a negative review if a refund was not granted. While we always welcome honest feedback, our refund policy is applied equally to every guest. We do not make exceptions based on the prospect of a negative review, because we believe every customer deserves to be treated fairly and consistently. We stand behind the quality of our tours. An absolute must-do experience! Ray was incredibly professional, and he took amazing photos and videos for me. Snorkeling with sea turtles was the highlight of my entire trip. If I could, I’d come back and do it again next month!
