**Airport - Hotel :** Upon arrival, pick up your luggage and proceed to the departure gate. Your driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal in the ground transportation area, will carry with him a sign with the name of the person who is booked. Present your confirmation or photo ID when boarding the vehicle. Arrivals – Your transport will be ready exactly 30 minutes after your flight’s landing time and you can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight’s landing time. If for any reason, you have trouble locating your driver, go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (domestic arrivals) at the "Welcome Bar" - Terminal 2 (international arrivals) at the "Welcome Bar" - Terminal 3 at "Margaritaville Bar", Terminal 4 at the "Welcome Bar" **Hotel - Airport :** Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed one day prior to your flight departure, your driver will arrive at your hotel lobby. Present your confirmation or photo ID when boarding the vehicle. Departures : please be ready and waiting in the lobby of your hotel, drivers can only wait a maximum of 20 minutes after the pick-up time confirmed to you

I was picked up exactly on time & communication with the company was very thorough & quick responses. Easy, super comfortable and fast
Great private rental for a really good price. These van prices can be a lot for just one person and this one was fantastic. I booked the day before and they were able to accommodate me and were great at communicating both the pick up from the airport and the hotel.
