My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our driver, Frank, when we traveled from the JW Marriott to the airport on Friday, April 10. He had a charming and friendly manner that made the ride truly enjoyable. His professionalism and warm personality made a lasting impression on us, and we greatly appreciated the excellent service.

Was so nice to just go outside and have private vehicle ready with cold water and beers. Rosando our driver was great. We enjoyed learning more about Cabo and the Mexican culture on our way to hotel which was a 45 minute drive. Had to adjust reservations also which was fairly smooth overall. If we I had to do again I would do private from airport but ride with others on way back to airport. Going back stinks any way so might as well save a little money.

Cabo Shuttle Services was great. Rosaldo and Victor were professional, kind and timely. The cold beers on way from airport were very nice, especially given 45 minute drive to Cabo San Lucas. If I can again to Cabo would do private ride from airport but shuttle on way back to airport.

We were originally scheduled to be picked up from our hotel so we would arrive at the airport about three hours early, which we didn’t need. I called the night before (more than 12 hours in advance) to request arriving two hours early instead. Although this change was confirmed by email, the pickup did not occur as scheduled. We had to call to follow up, and by then the driver was about 45 minutes late. Fortunately, our flight (along with many others) was delayed, so we were not impacted. Once the driver arrived, he got us to the airport as quickly as possible. Not the ideal way to finish a vacation, especially when traveling with 6 people over Christmas and New Years.

Completely worth every penny!! Phenomenal, showed up at the house 5 minutes early, helped with luggage and the ride was very comfortable! Got to the airport on time perfectly too!
