- At time of booking, passengers must provide airline and flight number and telephone number while abroad.
- Please be advised, the driver will be waiting for you at the airport for 1 hour from actual arrival time of your flight. Flight arrival times are monitored in case of any flight delays.

Driver had an attitude. He had the sign for us and it went ok, but the driver was not a happy man that day. I wasn’t impressed by his attitude. But he got us to our hotel ok, didn’t help with luggage. But we still gave him a tip.

Disorganized. First person spent time making several calls looking for our driver. He then handed us off to another who went through the same process. While this didn't take a lot of time it was frustrating and gave the impression there was no driver available. Finally got a driver. Driver was courteous and got us to our destination. Not a good experience.

Driver was waiting for us as indicated in correspondence and safely got us to our hotel. Highly recommend this versus getting a taxi.
Great service. On time and waiting for us with easy to read name card. We would definitely use them again as they were very professional.
There was nobody there when our plane arrived. We were early but only 4 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. We waited about ten minutes then finally called only to be told it would be another 30 minutes for our driver to arrive due to traffic. We paid for a private transfer to have someone waiting for us upon arrival which did not happen. My expectation would have been that they monitor arrival times to ensure they were at the airport on time. Instead we waited over 45 minutes for our driver. He was courteous once he arrived and we got to our destination safely which is really what matters but it was frustrating.

Very happy there was excellent communication from the tour operator. Even though they knew they will not ne on thine, neither us, we received message from them. I was able to accomplish a safe and great arrival to my place of staying!
