We booked a transfer from the airport to Milan. The driver was really passionate as the passport control took quite a while. He had waited for us, offered some water and a phone charger. I was travelling with 2 kids and two booster sits were provided. As well as some help with the luggage and bags. Great van, clean and neat. Would definitely book for the ride back to the airport.
Great communication before trip was much appreciated. My driver was easy to find at the airport and cheerfully loaded 6 large bags into the van.
