Provider was responsive to email questions. Driver came a few minutes early and was friendly. Drive was smooth. Got to airport ahead of schedule and were relaxed. Worth every penny.
It was expensive, but better price than anywhere else. The experience itself was excellent. The driver kept up with when and where to meet him. Had an iPad with our name, so easy to see. Loaded and unloaded our bags. Answered questions we had. Stopped to let me use restroom. Dropped me at hotel which was right near airport. Made sure I was at the right spot before leaving. You were amazing Marko. Felt he was a very safe driver.
our driver Marco picked us up outside of our ship and drove us to Marco Polo airport. The car was very comfortable, not enough trunk room as one bag had to go in the front seat! Marco actually parked the car and walked us into the airport all the way to our Delta section, very helpful!
Very prompt,very safe driver who spoke fluent English. Clean vehicle. We arrived at our destination with plenty of time to spare.

Benjamin was fantastic! We actually got off of our ship early and went for a coffee and a pastry. He came to our location rather than forcing us to go back to the original meeting point. He was extremely personable sharing information and answering all of our many curious questions about the region. The car was beautiful and very comfortable. Benjamin also made a point to drop us off right where we needed to go, which as tourists, we didn't even know we needed. Thank you so much, Benjamin, for an incredible journey from Trieste to Venice!

at first this was better, maybe 4 or close to 5 stars, but shortly into conversation via what's app, they grew less responsive and even short... going so far as to say "congrats you've won the award for most questions for a simple transfer"... Though, from my end, it was not simple, there were T's to cross and i's to dot as was my family's forst time to Italy and I was worried, wanted all to go smoothly /best / safe for my family, as I'd recently had some poor experiences with Viator in general (who I used to book this). As a customer with concerns, and spending over $500 Euros for a 2 hour transfer, I would expect a bit more compassion and understanding... Also, side note, the driver was NOT holding a sign, and in fac t didn't even get out of his van until seeing us acknowledge him waving his arm from with in his van .... only reason not a 1 star is they did get us there, and messaged to apologize but only after i messaged a complaint about their comment/insult...

However, we must also be honest in saying that after providing all necessary details, we received an excessive number of follow-up messages, many of which included additional requests not included in the original booking. Our comment regarding the number of questions was not meant as an insult but rather a reflection of how complex the communication became for a straightforward transfer. While we did our best to help, we are a small team and cannot dedicate hours of WhatsApp support for one booking, especially when the service and expectations have already been explained. As for the driver, he was at the correct location on time. While he may not have stepped out with a sign in hand, because he see you right away when he enter the port he did signal to you from the vehicle, and the transfer was completed safely and professionally. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and have taken note of your concerns. Best regards,
Driver contacted me in advance and sent a picture of his car/license plate. He was on time, friendly, and a very safe driver. I would recommend!

Need to establish a meeting point in advance. We did not carry functioning cell phones, which significantly delayed locating the driver. We were told by the port officials to wait where the vans were, but the driver was waiting elsewhere. We finally connected after we borrowed a cell phone from another driver, but this was after waiting in frustration for over 45 minutes in the wrong location.

We always recommend having a working phone for easier coordination, especially in busy areas like ports. We're glad you were eventually able to connect, and we appreciate your patience.
Very nice air conditioned vehicle , smooth journey, excellent driver. We were delayed by over an hour getting through Italian customs, driver waited without any fuss, was very professional and polite
