The booking process was very easy, and I was quickly contacted to confirm the vehicle details and meeting point at the airport. After collecting my luggage, the driver picked me up in a spacious and comfortable car. On the way to Ha Long, I was even able to take a short nap during the ride. Driver are supper friendly and helpful. He picked us up from the hotel and transfer to Ha Long with 15 minutes break in the rest stop over. The journey is smooth and communication with operator was easy.

I contacted the operator for arranging the car for us to Ha Long bay from Hanoi for the business trip. Cuong responded to our request promptly and arranged the car for us in a short notice.
