Pickup Locations & Times
To facilitate your pickup at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, we will meet you at the departure hall. Each exit door of the departure hall is marked with a yellow letter, ranging from A to H. Upon your arrival, our driver will contact you to arrange a meeting point at one of these exit doors. To reach the departure hall, simply proceed one floor up after the baggage claim area. You can use either the escalator or the elevator for this. Additionally, there are signs within the airport directing you to the departure hall. Are you travelling within Europe? You should then be at the airport at least 2 hours in advance. Are you travelling outside Europe? You should then be at the airport at least 2.5 hours in advance. These prices are valid for travel to and from Amsterdam only. If you would like to book a transfer outside of Amsterdam, please contact us. Free Wi-Fi is available at the airport. Stay reachable for the driver by using the airport's Wi-Fi. Make sure you provide a phone number where you can be reached after landing. Please note: This booking covers a one-way trip only. If you would like to book both an outbound and return trip, please ensure you make two separate reservations.

We booked a taxi transfer for 4 from airport to Doubletree hotel in Amsterdam. Service called us while in Customs & arranged pick up point. Driver was friendly, vehicle new & clean, & transfer was comfortable & efficient as expected.
Made this reservation for pickup at Schipol. There was nobody in the meeting area with any indication of our pickup. I called the phone number I had received on email and got no response.

Unfortunately, at the time of your transfer we were affected by an unexpected technical issue that disrupted parts of our dispatch and communication systems. As a result, certain booking information and incoming calls were not being processed correctly, which impacted our ability to coordinate your pickup and respond promptly. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after arriving at the airport expecting a pre-arranged transfer. This situation does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disruption to your travel plans. Our flight was early and the driver wasn’t there. We waited in the cold with a 2 year old trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone at 7am. The driver did arrive, with the requested car seat and was very pleasant. The dispatcher finally e-mailed that he hoped we were happy with the service but our plane was early and the driver had another job before us. There’s a simple solution to that! Communication! We would have had our expectations set and waited inside.
Took some time to find my driver. I had to call someone. Other than that the driver was friendly and it was a smooth ride.
