Christian, our driver, was fun and friendly. The ride was comfortable, in an air conditioned minivan. We had booked a round trip ride to and from the hotel. We had a minor issue with not finding the driver at the airport exit with a sign, as described, but after a phone call we found him a few minutes later, turned out he had been stuck in traffic. No issues on the way to the airport.
We ordered round trip from Santo Domingo to Bayahibe, La Romana Hotel. and couldn't ask for better service. Our flight was late but the driver was there, waiting for us. Had such a great time with Sol Cana Tours, the entire staff was extremely responsive through WhatsApp and we ended up using the service multiple times throughout our trip to go to different locations like Bayahíbe and to the airport from the city. They were extremely flexible regarding the pick up time and place which made it very easy. It made our trip worry free and there’s no need to barter like with an Uber or a cab. We had wonderful drivers, a huge shoutout to Hector the Protector! He was a great driver and drove safe and speedily as well. Overall 5/5 experience, would recommend!
Our driver Hector was very courteous and helpful. We would recommend him to anyone. The only issue we hve is that we were charged twice for our trip and have not received a response back yet regarding the issue.

We booked Sol Cana on Viator for our roundtrip travel from Santa Domingo Airport to the Iberostar Hacienda in Bayahibe this past week. Both ends of the trip went extremely smoothly with no hiccups at all. Comfortable, air conditioned rides in both directions. I had a question at one point and got a quick answer with the chat app which I really appreciated. I unfortunately don't remember the name of our driver from the first leg of the trip but Hector (the Protector!) on our return to the airport was a delight. Friendly and fun to chat with about the local culture. Will definitely use them again when we hopefully get back to the Dominican Republic!
Getting there on time in a safe timely manner. Driver was waiting with our sign as promised. I would highly recommend.
