Customer Service Poor
After constant messaging about the pick-up time, my transfer DID NOT ARRIVE at the the requested time. Both myself and the Hotel that I was staying at contacted the number on the booking numerous times, only to be advised that he had not been allocated this job....... Pathetic service. I had to organise another local taxi to take my group to the airport. Do you think I am happy!!!!!
