The driver was very accommodating. A safe and pleasant door-to-door transfer. He stopped at a place I wanted to see on the way for me to walk around. He is not a guide, however, and this is not a tour. It is a private transfer.

Our drivers speak English, and they have a good knowledge of the area with interesting information, but they are not licensed guides with the historic dates and church names :) Yes, that's correct and we did what exactly we presented. This is a private transfer, as it is stated in the title of the product. Not a guided tour. Sightseeing stop is only an additional service because you want primarily go from one city to another and we want to show you some amazing local highlights along the way:) Please read the description before you buy something. The price that you paid for the whole trip with 2h of stops is the price for a guide for three hours in Germany, so please be more objective. If traveling via river cruise, I recommend not trying to work outside of the offered excursions. We tried to do a viator trip and we got burned. Lost over $300! We could not work the times out with the ship’s schedule. It’s not aviator’s fault, but they also didn’t want to work with us either.
Hello and thank you for your review. It is not fair. We did everything as you wished. True is, you booked the wrong date. We are sorry, but we sent the driver as you confirmed from Salzburg for your group and nobody was there... We can't pay the costs from our own pocket. I hope you understand. Please next time check properly what day exactly you want the transfer. We don't know it and we just check and do the details that customers filled out.
