I began texting this company early in London so I could find out where to go. Not once did this company answer my messages. Finally 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up time.. I call them & the gentleman first said there was an accident which made the driver late, then he said the driver was dropping someone else first then he will come to me. He said he would call me back in 10 minutes - he never called. I called him back and said driver would be with us in 15 minutes. He never apologized and in fact became rude. 30 minutes later Fayed came and he was very nice. He said he was just assigned to pick me up an hour prior. He kept apologizing. I would NOT use this company again since I know they did not take my reservation seriously and I booked it November 19, 2025.

This company canceled our service 1:10 before arrival by train on the app, didn’t even have the courtesy to text or email us, we didn’t know until we arrived at the train station and no one was there to collect us. I would not use them, now I have to wait 7 days for a refund.

As clearly shown in the screenshots you shared, you were informed in advance of the situation. Unfortunately, your arrival coincided with a day of major demonstrations in the city, which caused road closures and disrupted access. To avoid unnecessary delays and confusion, we advised you in good faith to take a taxi directly from the train station, which you did. As for the refund, it was processed immediately, and we have proof of this. If there’s any delay, it may be on your bank’s side, not ours. Our train was an hour late which caused some confusion with the pick up. We sent a message to the driver and ultimately had a different driver. Our second driver called us and we were able to get to our hotel. Thanks to Amir for getting to us without too much confusion as to the meeting point. The train station is very large with a huge number of people inside and a lot of taxis outside. Be sure you are clear on the meeting point as well as have a contact number for the possibility of a train being late. Overall, handled both situations well

We made reservation and our card was immediately charged, but the operator did not pick us up. I tried calling and emailing. When I got a response, they said I needed to cancel as they could not pick us up… I sent a follow up message requesting a refund and have not received a response.

Our driver was on time, helpful with our luggage, did a great job driving that resulted in our getting to the train station even earlier than we had expected!

I have two stars because they were there on time . . Otherwise , the driver spoke no English was rushing us thru traffic to walk to the car not even realizing how far we were behind him trying to roll our luggage on cobblestone (mind you I was with my granddaughter and was crossing us thru moving cars with no regard . Needless to say we stopped until proper time to cross and GIn he hadn’t noticed we weren’t behind him . The driving was reckless even had a crossing pedestrian hit the top of his car, and going head on with a cyclist which was terrifying and he yelled at her out the window , not sure who was in the wrong but still scary moment for myself and 9 year old granddaughter . We booked for luxury vehicle he arrived in a Toyota . . We arrived to hotel he practically ran out of his vehicle placed our luggage on the curb and sped off with no assist . Poor experience , unsafe driving , not polite and could not communicate due to no English . We will be using Uber from here on out .

Booked to travel from Gare du Nord to Gare du Montparnasse and back and very glad we did . Excellent service - polite and helpful drivers - good vehicles. Return trip TGV was late - driver messaged frequently to arrange new time and sort out location and made sure we got to Eurostar on time when it was a tight schedule. Definitely recommend and use again.
