Pick up intructions from airport: "Our drivers will wait for you in the arrivals terminal hall of the airport, holding a sign with your name on it. They will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the vehicle to take you to the booked address. The maximum waiting time is 60 minutes from the moment your flight lands (except at T4S, where the maximum waiting time is 1 hour and 30 minutes). At T4S, the driver will enter the arrivals hall 30 minutes after landing. At Terminal 1, the usual meeting point is near the post office. Once the maximum waiting time has been exceeded, a surcharge of €25 will apply for each additional hour or fraction thereof. If you cannot locate the driver, please call the emergency phone number Note: Please contact the driver as soon as possible to help coordinate the service."

If passenger does not have one, the driver will provide one immediately.

I had a very bad experience. Not only the driver showed up late. He did not showed any signs, nor he called me to let me know where he was or who he was. We waited about 45 minutes and had to seek help from the airport attendants. My husband and I were on wheel chairs. Tge he heard that we were talking to the attendants and he heard my name and he approached us. It was impossible to locate him with no signs ourbphone was not working. He kept talking . on the phone to other drivers while driving We are Hispanic and we understood what he was saying about women, money etc. He left us accross the street . In summary The driver was un respectful, unresponsible and a lier

I couldn't meet driver at the airport. Terrible experience for me. I send several times to the Viator, but failed to get any message.

We were met by our driver at the arrivals lobby on time. No problem at all as always with Viator. I highly recommend Viator for our airport transfers and local tours.
No hassle with taxi, no driving around to raise fare, a straight drive to your hotel and he meets you at the airport. Cost is around the same as a taxi. Highly recommend and the driver was friendly and helpful.
