Unfortunately, I cannot give this a high rating. We paid a lot of money to have a driver in front of our hotel to get us back to the ship on time. Unfortunately, the driver was late due to a car broken down and then when we arrived at Port he was not able to get through the Entrance to the port because he didn’t have the necessary papers. We had to wait another 20 minutes before he got a ticket to get through. The driver was very nice, but unfortunately this did not help the extremely high stress we had worrying that we would miss our ships departure.

We had a great experience with our driver from Florence to the port! He arrived right on time and was extremely friendly and professional throughout the journey. The drive was smooth and comfortable, and he took the time to point out interesting areas and landmarks along the way, which made the trip even more enjoyable. He was courteous, easy to talk to, and clearly very experienced. We really appreciated his warm demeanor and the care he took to make sure we had a pleasant ride.
